OUT OF BUSINESS???Ordered an LCD TV Oct 20. Multiple phone calls and run-arounds, couldn't get shipping info so tried to cancel order but customer service said it couldn't be done, already shipped. Finally logged in and found out order was cancelled (Nov 4). Called to get confirmation and ensure refund and I was told business was shutting down. Eventually did get full refund but I am wondering why website is still up and running after business claimed to be closing in early November?? BUYER BEWARE. Very unreliable and fraudulent business practises. Customer service rude and unprofessional. Never got a reply to any of the emails I sent and telephone reps couldn't seem to get their stories straight.
