When I searched for Epson cartridges this web site came up as epson.printerinks and I ordered "COMPATIBLE" Epson cartridges by mistake.The company refused to refund my money. I lost 20% as a "restocking charge" and have had to use the rest to buy stationary. Lesson for me is to read the descriptions carefully.

Not the fastest delivery but arrived 4 days after ordering, in fairness they do offer a quicker service should you wish to pay extra. The first remanufactured cartridge to work in my HP Photosmart printer, hence my top rating
